By accessing and using the Kenya 2026 Thank You Gifts website (the "Site"), accessible at thankyou.kenya2026.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FaithCardsCo, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Intellectual Property & Ownership

All materials available for download on this Site — including but not limited to the Teen Reset For Her toolkit, Teen Reset For Him toolkit, Parent Companion Guides, Faith Cards Child Coloring Book, "Your Greatest Power" ebook, and the GodSaysIAm One Year Devotional — are the exclusive intellectual property of FaithCardsCo, LLC. All rights are reserved.

These materials are provided under the brands and trademarks of FaithCardsCo, LLC, including but not limited to GodSaysIAm, FaithWear, TrueAboutYou, and FaithCards. All brand names, logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed on this Site are the property of FaithCardsCo, LLC.

Permitted Use

The digital resources available on this Site are provided free of charge as a thank-you gift to donors who have contributed to the Kenya 2026 mission trip. By downloading any material from this Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the downloaded materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

Donor Information

To download materials from this Site, you are required to provide your name, email address, and the name of the team member you donated to. By submitting this information, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. Encouragement Messages

This Site allows you to submit optional messages of encouragement for team members. By submitting a message, you grant FaithCardsCo, LLC the right to share that message with the intended team member and mission trip leadership. You agree not to submit any content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any message at our sole discretion.
